"Get Your Wellness On" Fair 2010 - Yoga in Washington Square Park

I have just received an email from YogaWorks’ head office in New York, pledging their support for our “Get Your Wellness On” Fair this coming September.

So, those of you who will take the yoga classes we’ll offer in Washington Square Park, you will do your sun salutations, down dog and up cat poses, on yoga mats donated by YogaWorks!

Thank you guys, your rock!!!

And I can’t wait to get back on my yoga track, I mean, mat, myself.

Also, to my San Francisco, East Coast readers, by public demand, the “Get Your Wellness On,” Fair is coming to San Francisco.

Time and date to be determined.

But volunteers please start coming forward: WE NEED YOU.

Come on everyone, let’s go, let’s do it!
